European scene excites Rose

Justin Rose says big times lie ahead for the European Tour.
The Englishman will be competing in the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth after five months spent competing on the other side of the Atlantic.
Next season sees the launch of the Dubai World Championship with prize money of £5 million and the same amount in the bonus pool makes it the world’s richest event.
"With the 'Race to Dubai' and everything that's going on with that it's an exciting time for European golf, and it's something that I want to be a part of," Rose said.
"I probably won't add in more golf necessarily, but especially for next year I'll focus more on the European side. I think it makes perfect sense to."
Rose, who was the runner-up at Wentworth 12 months ago, has been hampered this season by a recurrence of back trouble which forced him to withdraw from one US Tour event.
"It wasn't a big drama, just a little blip and probably something every other golfer faces and never talks about,” added the Order of Merit holder.
"I really do feel like my body is in good shape right now. It's been reported here and there that I'm struggling, but the fact is that the last couple of weeks I just didn't play particularly good golf.
"But certainly I couldn't blame it on the back. I've been practicing fully.”
