Johnson takes US Bank win

Richard S Johnson held off the challenge of Ken Duke to win the US Bank Championship by a stroke on Sunday.
Johnson started the day lying one stroke behind joint leaders Nick Flanagan and Gavin Coles but an early birdie from the Swede brought him level. His move up the leaderboard was halted by two bogeys in three holes, but a further seven birdies helped him to a final-round 64.
That left him on 16-under-par for the tournament, one stroke clear of Duke, who carded a superb five-under 65.
Duke managed six birdies during his final round and only a bogey at the par-three 14th denied him the chance of a play-off.
Dean Wilson [65], Chad Campbell [65] and Chris Riley [66] finished in a tie for third at 13-under, with Kenny Perry [64] one of five players on 12-under.
Overnight leaders Flanagan and Coles could only manage a level-par 70 on the final day to finish five strokes behind Johnson.
England's Brian Davis, meanwhile, was a further stroke behind on 10-under.
